Established in 2003, Sterling Global Call Center (Sterling Global) is an international telemarketing and customer service organization capable of serving the domestic and global business community from its base in Manila, Philippines.
The Company has complete inbound, outbound and blended call center capabilities. It uses predictive dialers, digital recording and customer management software to manage campaigns.
Sterling Global is based in Manila, Philippines with support operations in Los Angeles California. The call center occupies the 5th, 15th , 20th & 35th floor of the 35 story “gold” Raffles Center in the heart of Ortigas Center, the newest business and commercial hub of Manila. Sterling Global has expanded its operations beyond the home office in Ortigas Center and branched out to Northern Luzon, Visayas and soon to Mindanao.
Sterling Global is owned by sixty year old Sterling Paper Group of Companies. Currently the Company serves an average of 36 international accounts each day and inbound food delivery services for Chowking and Jollibee as part of our domestic campaigns.
